volumes. Good. Can you hear me? Hear me?
Bill Clearfield 01:56
Did you have to sign a registration form to get in?
01:59
I sure did. I just didn’t. Oh, just sent you the text. Yeah, I sure did. Okay. That’s how you get the email Tom.
02:08
Yeah. All right. Hopefully it’ll work.
02:11
I think it will. Good job, too.
02:16
It says it takes an hour after the after the show was turned off. For the report to render. Okay. That’s awesome. I also I signed on from the internet, not from the desktop. So I don’t know if that made a difference. Interesting. I
02:42
never thought about that.
Bill Clearfield 02:44
Because I had to make the changes in the settings from there. Right? They didn’t work from the desktop. It only worked for me.
02:53
So far, it’s just you and me. Yeah, especially this early. Well, but I always worry that
Bill Clearfield 03:02
we don’t get anybody else.
03:07
So what did it say? It took me to where? It’s your standard registration page. Like if you go to her losses group, that’s what you have to fill in. Every single time. And so your name seeking to emails and some other I should’ve took a picture of it. It’s your standard registration page. I
03:32
wonder if we can put our logo on it.
03:38
That’s a good question. I don’t know if I’ve seen a logo on anybody’s registration page.
03:50
I don’t see why not.
03:52
I’m pretty sure a high level marketing agency could figure it out.
Bill Clearfield 03:56
Sure, but I’m not a high level marketing agency.
03:58
No, you’re not. No, you’re not. So before someone comes on, and I’m sure you know, but Christy and Laurie they’ve been getting into a quite a bit more unusual. They have Yeah.
04:26
Christie stressed out definitely. Something going on at home and her health. I think she’s afraid that you might sell and she might be out of a job. So I think that’s a weigh in on her. Lori’s doing better because
04:45
I’m not going anywhere now. I know. I know.
04:54
I know.
Bill Clearfield 04:57
Like we’re gonna get Jennifer on board with us too. So
05:01
you think so? Yeah, what it was a
Bill Clearfield 05:05
whole thing today with her. She’s got a crazy license and he needs a homeopath. No, sign off. So
05:13
I thought so.
Bill Clearfield 05:15
We got Nereo to do it. Oh, we got somebody shell Stein’s on So okay, so I guess it’s working. Awesome.
05:21
Cool. Yeah, shell was just talking to me about shall send me the latest suicide report from BP. Who is some group I’ve never heard of, to be honest. It long story short. It’s like youth suicides have doubled. And that’s 2009.
05:47
Best way to put it
05:50
d n y use the you ever heard of them? Something
05:56
came in the New York Times and they reprinted it. Okay, shocking. Very shocking.
06:07
Yeah, no, no. Gel.
Bill Clearfield 06:10
Did you have to sign in on a
06:14
registration form?
06:16
Yeah, some I think it asked for something and then I just signed in and automatically
Bill Clearfield 06:20
Okay. All right. Yeah. Because we’re trying to get the the people like the folks tonight they want you know, they want to be able to try and sell their wares. So it’s normal by work that I worked around that I was I was I but I didn’t really know if it was going to work or everybody was going to be blocked out or whatnot. It looks like it might work. Yeah.
06:43
Looks viable, was the,
Bill Clearfield 06:47
the alternative. So there’s all of these companies they have. So this is called the meeting so we can talk to each other but there’s apparently there they have. They have a separate thing called webinar, which is a lot more expensive. But you can’t talk through the only people who can talk or the host and the speaker. So
07:04
how many at one time that’s the issue?
Bill Clearfield 07:08
Yeah, here we are. Everybody can tell even Fred Freddie here can talk.
07:13
Like God. Crosstalk right.
Bill Clearfield 07:17
So yeah, so we tried, we actually I could have done it all along. I just had to hit a couple of couple of buttons and I just found out that I didn’t know it. That all the participants are all they’re saved every week. So there’s a list but unless I had to do this, the way you did it tonight, we had to sign in. It has an email, but it hasn’t blocked out so you can’t see it. I can’t see it. Right. This I mean, I can I can correlate it with my mailing list, but you know, who really wants to do that? Yeah, I wasted enough time with this.
08:00
So what do you think about this gentleman’s site that you have on tonight, the body site right
Bill Clearfield 08:06
so I’ve been we’ve been using that for years if since the day he started it.
08:09
I kind of thought so.
Bill Clearfield 08:13
Yeah, I’ve used this instinct. Like, I think I was one of his first customers. So Right. It was, you know, we like it saves us a lot of time. It’s a diet, it’s got exercise, got videos, it’s got, you know, patient handout information, and it sends out the diets. So you sign somebody up like sign up Fred Freddie over here for a Mediterranean diet and we’ll send them recipes and menus for anywhere from 30 to 60 days every every day. Wow. So that saves us a lot of a lot of time and we don’t have we don’t have to have to really deal with a nutritionist because it’s it’s kind of cool there.
08:57
I get that from AARP and SilverSneakers and stuff. I know.
09:06
Okay, here’s our speaker. That’s funny. Amen to
Bill Clearfield 09:09
that. Made a little faux par with our speaker it’s going to be captured this Katrina Lewandowski was Dr. Dr. Cummings right hand person so okay.
09:22
That’s fine. Right here and persons are great.
Bill Clearfield 09:26
Yeah, because let’s like do Hey there. Katrina. Hi, how are you? Good. How are you? Everybody had to sign a sign a sign in on a on a registration form to get here. Awesome. We’ve been doing this for two and a half years and I finally you were the one to push us to do it. So finally right.
09:53
It’s a little bit different, but
Bill Clearfield 09:55
usually they just kind of sign on and but what I didn’t know. I was telling everybody is that we’ve been doing this for two and a half years on Tuesday nights. Okay, every one of them. We can get the list of participants but until I got the signup form set, it was we couldn’t get a we couldn’t get their email addresses. I mean, I could get it out of the our mailing list but you know, and it’s, you know who wants Yeah. Okay, so they told me it takes about an hour after the show to for the render so it probably I’ll have it for
10:32
you tomorrow. Okay, yeah, no rush at all. By the time I
10:36
get the clock here, so I’m not worried about it.
Bill Clearfield 10:40
Five o’clock here. So Dr. Patel Nice to see you. Thank you. And I hope you’re doing well. Yes.
10:53
How are you? We’re doing good.
Bill Clearfield 10:56
So I think you’re all going to be I don’t know if you know, Katrina, but I probably was one of John’s first customers. I’ve had this I think, I think I think I’ve had is this program so almost instant day started.
11:08
Yeah, you’ve had it for a really long time.
Bill Clearfield 11:11
Yeah, I probably don’t use it. Don’t use it. Three quarters of what you have to offer.
11:18
So we’re always growing so it’s probably changed a lot since you
Bill Clearfield 11:24
Yeah, it’s changed a lot you know, just in the last since I looked at the some of the other things but it saves me a lot of time. And saves me from having to hire a nutritionist to it which is actually quite a quite a bonus.
11:38
Yeah, so yeah. Definitely.
Bill Clearfield 11:42
So you’ll explain it all. We usually get started right around five o’clock. We have folks. We have folks usually joining in until sometimes 530 Don’t worry, don’t worry about that though the rest everybody else. So you signed in with a registration form for the first time ever? And we’re going to be able to give to our speakers and they’ve been asking for it. We’re going to we’re going to be able to give them our participation list. If you want don’t want want them to have it please let me know and we’ll leave it out. But so, so that’s what I was trying to do John got it. I got it and I had I figured it out without having to spend another $900 for for another another program or go to another program. I mean, there’s lots of programs out there that other than zoom that does this, but we’ve been using this one I finally I kind of fair I feel fairly comfortable with that I have to go to
12:44
a different so it’s great.
Bill Clearfield 12:48
So so we’re able to capture registrations of folks who show up now hopefully it’ll it’ll keep you know, these things sort of have a life of their own sometimes. And and as you keep saying, John we’re we’re a bit more mature for this. I mean, we need a we need like Stefan Hartman or you know, somebody young like Freddy over there to run the run run these computers
13:16
so it’s a little bit after five.
Bill Clearfield 13:19
I’m going to I did I did make a little little folk pot and you know, I had I had John Cummings as our speaker John bones, a company writer, he runs the company.
13:32
And yeah, he’s CEO and founder. Yeah. And
Bill Clearfield 13:35
Katrina is his right hand person. And she’s actually the one that I deal with all the time and I just didn’t get it to get around to switching it because she said that she was going to be speaking and I said, Absolutely not. But she put her foot down. So you said she knows more about this than he does anyway. So, so that’s so that’s and that’s just the way it’s gonna be so that’s that. So
14:06
if you’re unmuted yourself, and I’m going to let you
Bill Clearfield 14:15
introduce yourself, okay. Take it away. Usually we get questions in the chat, however you want to handle them. Most of the time we wait till the end and then I’ll just ask them for you and then I’ll give you my two cents when you know when if and when we need, you know, we need that. Okay, everybody who who who’s on tonight, you may have noticed we had a registration form which is new after two and a half years. Thanks for signing it this way. It’ll save us some time. One of the things that folks like Katrina, who you’re going to learn about body sight tonight. I guess that’s what we’re talking about. Right? Yeah. And so they’ve been asking for, you know, a participant list. And I didn’t even know we could get one I actually found out we’ve been getting it all along, but it comes without any way to communicate with folks. I could go back and do it from from our mailing list. But, um, so So you did it. Tonight. If it was overly burdensome, let me know. We all got here so, so far, and usually we get anywhere from 20 to 40. You know, if we get somebody famous, like do, we should have more we get somebody like me we’re lucky to get two or three. So. Okay, so I’m gonna let you introduce yourself and we do record it. If that’s okay with you, and we put it on our website and if you want a copy of it, that’s perfectly fine. Okay, okay. So take it away.
15:52
Perfect. I’m gonna go ahead and share my slides here. Just to confirm, can everyone give me a thumbs up that you see my screen?
16:02
Yes, we got it.
16:03
Okay, perfect. Awesome. So today I’m talking about bridging the communication gap. So best practices to maximize patient success for better outcomes. And I’ll tie in our solution body site as Dr. Clearfield mentioned, my name is Katrina I am VP of Operations here at body site and I’ve been with the company for six and a half years now. So I’ve seen it grown and develop over the last six and a half years change, add new features, especially as medicine has changed. So about eight years ago, our CEO and founder just after the inception of body sight, met this chiropractor and he was talking to him at a conference and he said this quote to him, I was tired of feeling like I was failing to help all of the patients I wanted to help. And at this time, bodily state was kind of an elementary stage very beginnings. We didn’t have even half of the features that we have now. And they got chatting. And this same chiropractor over the last eight years has leveraged technology, specifically our solution and has now to this day through using our platform and helping other providers has helped 63,728 patients and this was using the tool and resource of remote patient care or software technology. Some of the universal challenges and practicing medicine today that most healthcare practitioners are experiencing is busy people, convenience, staff issues, turnover, increased cost technology, because it’s benefit but it’s also sometimes difficult. You know, even navigating things like zoom can be cumbersome customer fatigue, and complex messaging. I’m just going to hone in on two of them which is busy people and customer fatigue. So there’s a statistic that says patients and clients forget 80% of what you tell them in an encounter. But five are are but they’re also five times more likely to follow advice if it comes from their health or wellness expert provider. So someone like you over the last couple of years in light of the pandemic, there have been major changes and medicine. It really forced to creativity and a change in how we disseminate content, even how you engage your patients. Lots of people who weren’t doing telemedicine before had to pivot to telemedicine or some type of hybrid model and so this kind of got a lot of practitioners, especially in our sphere, lots of functional medicine practitioners, a lot of lots of weight loss clinics, lots of holistic practitioners. They got thinking what resources are in my current toolbox to kind of solve this issue and these changes that have happened. Some of those available resource resources might be lab testing or even at home lab testing. Scheduling software’s, of course, a CRM, patient and client management systems, telemedicine platforms, your billing systems, food tracking, remote patient monitoring and remote learning or this niche of remote patient care. So insert body sight with body sight. You have the ability to put care and lifestyle guidance right in the palm of your patient’s hand. So rather than repeating yourself in a visit or giving them some type of printed handout, they actually receive your guidance each day by email, and an app and inside of the web platform, which is private label just for your practice. So this picture that you see here is kind of an example of what a patient experience would look like. They can be on a program, it could be nutrition program, it could be a mindfulness program. It could be a diabetes prevention program. And each day, they’re getting guidance that guides them automatically. So like Dr. Clifford said, you don’t necessarily have to hire a nutritionist, although some nutritionists do use our software to even automate what they’re already doing. But patients go home with the instructions that they need to follow to help with either their chronic condition or reaching their health goal, or any other things that you guys discussed in your encounters. On body set, you can basically create reusable content so you can bring all of your instructions to life in digital format. So lots of you probably have printed handouts. So rather than again, just giving them that and having them sift through it, you can really bring all of that to life using a system like body sight. We have an easy to use content management system, which gives you the ability to create your own programs, edit our templates, which I’ll get to in just a minute here. There’s 1000s of recipes, meals, exercises, handouts, videos, and PDFs all included in our care plans and on our platform. And then in the platform. Basically if you decide to create your own plan, or to edit ours it’s an easy to use drag and drop editor. So bodies say at a glance we kind of already discussed a lot of this but from common health issues to chronic disease management healthcare providers use body sight to automatically manage their patient’s health journey beyond the office. They’re enrolled into a care plan with detailed daily instructions on whether it be diet, exercise, mindfulness, anything that you want to talk to your patients about. And in our system, they receive that patient education automatically they can also remotely track their biometric data. And then there are a number of patient communication tools available in the system, like HIPAA compliant messaging and telemedicine visits. When you sign up for body site, you get a library of over 80 care plans already built out to be ready to use right out of the box. So you don’t have to dream up your own programs. They’re all included with the system. That being said, we don’t assume that we have every care plan that every provider would ever want to use, but 80 is a pretty good start. And we’re always adding new programs year after year. These plans can be used as is which lots of our practitioners just use them exactly as is but they can be completely altered. You can change the title you can change the recipes. You can add your own videos to them if you want and then enrolling patients into your account is as easy as 123 It’s just a two minute process and then automatically they’re in the system. I kind of already touched on this but the programs that we have and any programs that you create may include recipes, exercises, handouts, patient education videos, as well as tasks. Tasks are one of the most important pieces of our plans. And this is kind of a newer feature. We only recently added added tasks probably about two years ago. And basically with tasks they’re actionable to do items that a patient needs to do every single day or every week have a plan. So let’s say as a use case, they’re on a weight loss program. Maybe you want them to report their weight every single day while they’re on the weight loss program. Or maybe you want them to meditate for 10 minutes every single day or once a week. Rather than just giving them those instructions verbally. You can actually incorporate those tasks into the care plan. And then they get reminders for those tasks as they go through the program. This is a little bit of what it looks like. When a patient is inside of their account. So inside of their account, they can track their calories. So if calorie tracking or macro tracking is important for the care plan that they’re following. They’re able to do that. They can also track body metrics. They can track activities. And then we also have integrated devices and wearables. We are integrated with Fitbit, the Withings blood pressure cuff, the no tech scale the Apple Health kit which is basically Apple Health and Apple Watch. The aura ring we just added the eye glucose glucometer. And we’re always growing our network of connected health devices. So with these connected health devices, rather than patients having to manually report this data, they just sync up their device and then that data comes through automatically for you to be able to see and review and real time. This has been extremely important for patients doing weight loss programs. Any patient with hypertension, or for those pre diabetic or diabetic patients having a glucometer that syncs with the platform for you to monitor that data in real time. From your end, again, you’re able to see all of their data at a glance as well as the alert so if you wanted to get alerted if something is tracked out of range, or if they stopped logging, there’s a bunch of different settings within the platform for you to get alerted about anything related to their biometric data.
25:53
Beyond the patient education and the remote monitoring, which we’ve touched on already, the system also has telemedicine included at no additional charge real time messaging so you can actually have message conversations with your patients. That is an optional feature. So if that overwhelms you, you already have your systems in place for communicating with patients. You can turn off messaging. You can also share important documents like lab results or even just helpful resources. And we have scheduling and payments on our platform as well which we continue to expand on. So just a little bit about the pricing of body site we have four pricing tiers for our platform bronze, silver, gold and platinum and they’re each based on your account size. So bronze has 50 patients Silver has 100 Gold has 1000 and platinum has 1500 All four tiers include 30 days free and basically the way the pricing works is you can sign up at whatever tier works best for you and your practice right now and you can always upgrade as you grow. And we did want to give an exclusive offer to you guys. And then I’m I’ll open up the floor for any questions that if you sign up today, or over the next couple of days you’ll get your 30 day free trial per usual but then you’ll also get 50% off your first paid in months after your free trial. You just want to put a Oh s rd and the How did you find us feel? Awesome. So that’s kind of everything about Bodhi say. Dr. Clifford. I don’t know if you wanted to chime in about anything and then we’ll definitely go through any questions. Okay, well, there’s
Bill Clearfield 27:43
a question here from Dr. Southern
27:47
we’re gonna go anyone
Bill Clearfield 27:51
who monitors progress between visits for accountability and coaching.
27:57
So the data would be reported within the patient’s account and it would either be you tracking the data or a staff person, how often you do that is totally up to you. So you know we have some really large practices that are monitoring that data every single day. We have others that do weekly, and then sometimes practitioners will just monitor that data right before a follow up visit. So how often your cadence of doing that is up to you.
28:27
Okay, does that answer your question?
28:33
Yeah, it does, but I think in larger you know, physician practices without additional ancillary help to monitor that and do that. I just have to get some little
Bill Clearfield 28:49
it gets get those get a little bit hairy. I’m gonna bring up my account. And I’m sorry, I can show you exactly what she’s talking about. So I’ve had I’ve had this since almost since the day one. I don’t know how long are you probably no longer than I do. Probably eight years. Seven or eight years. Katrina? Oh, yeah. And probably even before you were on board, and it’s really a time saver for me. I really like it. And it gives me a way to push as you mostly you know, I kind of work alone. It gives me a way to sort of sort of extend myself and it’s very easy. So these are sort of the standard plans, that that that come with it and pretty much any any diet you can think of there’s here’s the oil. There’s keto. There’s there’s four different ketones. There’s gluten free, there’s Mediterranean, this Mc d, this these are that’s a metabolic code. That’s the diabetic diets. This is comes from a forum you’ll correct me if I’m wrong.
30:00
Yeah, it’s for metabolic code. Yeah,
Bill Clearfield 30:02
there’s a vegetarian diet. This is one that I wrote my so you can write your own. And so this, this is basically a gluten free diet. I wrote this for my thyroid patients. And that’s, that’s what this one is. And I also wrote a couple of these are, these are ones that I wrote myself. Also, I didn’t put a picture on there, HCG which is kind of dead now. But there was an 800 calorie and a 500 calorie diet. So it made it very easy for, for us to, to you know, kind of like I said, kind of extend ourselves. Here’s a keto diet. So I’m going to just show you so this is what it kind of looks like that we see it. The plan.
30:49
If you have a newer version of paleo if you want it to show that I can tell you where to go. might make sense. Thank
30:55
you, Bill. Oh, yeah, it doesn’t look like me. Thank you.
Bill Clearfield 31:01
All right. So I clicked out of the whole thing. So
31:05
can I ask a quick question while you’re trying to find that So is there an analytic piece
31:12
discuss whether you long term
31:16
period I did not. I don’t know somebody.
Bill Clearfield 31:23
Somebody’s commenting or somebody speaking to someone else
31:26
trying to get it. I’m trying to fix it.
31:30
All right. So you got it. You got to Joe. Yes. Okay. All right. So
31:37
was there an analytic piece built in for our comm retrieval and so that, knowing you, you’ve enrolled a patient into this program, and you’ve been able to send them dietary suggestions and recipes and whatever pieces you’re building into the care plan? What analytics do you have at the end of the day to see that the needle has been moved? In a in a direct that client?
32:06
Yeah. Let me go ahead and share my screen. Dr. Clifford, I’ll show you what a account looks like. So what you’re tracking obviously depends on you know, if you’re wanting to look at the analytics of body composition specifically, you know, you would obviously look at one thing for that and if it’s something else, like, obviously depends on kind of what you’re looking at track specifically. This is the dashboard. I’m gonna go into patients here. Just patient account. Okay, so this is what a patient record would look like. So for your patient, you have everything about the patient right inside of their profile. So on the right side, you have messages. I’m just gonna go through a couple things on the left here, starting with progress. So if the plan has tasks on it, this is where you’re going to be able to see their compliance with their tasks. So if they are tracking or if they’re not. Food tracking, this is where you’ll be able to see exactly what they’re tracking each day. Go into days to get the breakdown of their foods, for example, like oh, this person had McDonald’s might be like, if they run into a roadblock, where you need to chat with them, you can and then for body metrics, so there’s a couple of different ways to pull reporting for body metrics. Number one, you can just look in this specific column. You can also pull a report for let’s say weight for all of your patients. So rather than having to look at the weight of each individual patients, you can pull a report just for weight or just for body fat percentage or just for blood pressure of all of your patients. And then for every single patient, there’s also a snapshot feature where you can just pull all of the data for the patient over any period of time, so it’ll have the plan there on all of the body metrics they’ve ever tracked. All of the activities all of the pay, the provider notes, all of your messages, and you can use that as needed.
34:20
So you’re basically a CRM, correct.
34:24
We were not necessarily a CRM because you know lots of CRMs do like marketing or invoicing which we don’t have invoicing yet. But what we call ourselves as a remote care platform or Remote Patient Care platform, so it’s really we’re not an EMR or, or an EHR, although a lot of people kind of associate us with that. But we’re not quite an EMR or EHR. We’re not doing insurance, billing or things like that prescriptions. But we’re not, we’re not a CRM. We’re this unique sect of remote patient care. So it’s everything in between visits. So you have the visit your report everything in your health record, and then what does the patient go home with? They go home with the plan on body site for them to follow and get the instructions for them to report their data for you to monitor as needed. And then we have locked to features beyond that as well. You know, you have the messaging if you want to use it for communication. We have the virtual clinic which is our telemedicine system if you want to do telemedicine visits, we have a group visit function so you could do with your patients exactly what we’re doing now where you have weekly or monthly group visits for everyone to meet together. We have patient groups, which gives patients the ability to communicate with one another so lots of practices are using patient groups so that patients have an online support community of patients going through the same condition or the same program. So there’s kind of our core is the patient education and the tracking, but then there’s lots of features that branch out from there.
36:10
Is it interoperable with any EMRs right now or hrs right now?
36:15
We’re not integrated with any EMR or EHR. Okay, thanks. Um, Someone also asked about the pricing, so I would be happy to go over that with you. So let me just pull it up. So you guys have the visual. We have four pricing tiers called Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze is 99 a month, it’s one team account. So for like that would be yourself and use with up to 50 patients at a time and you get to pick five of the 80 care plans of your choice that you want to use. Silver is 159 a month that’s for two team accounts up to 100 patients at a time and use of all 80 Plus Care plans. Gold is 199 a month. That’s unlimited team accounts up to 1000 patients and use of all care plans and platinum is 299 a month for unlimited team accounts up to 1500 patients use of all care plans and then it has a number of other benefits and perks are most common tiers are silver and gold. If you’re kind of solo practitioner with a smaller practice, sometimes bronze works as well. So yeah.
Bill Clearfield 37:35
So yeah, I’m in I’m in the 199 category, and it’s really well worth it. Why don’t you explain about the box care things
37:43
also? Yeah, of course,
37:45
Melvin just asked him to be open in multiple computers all at the same time. Yes, you can have multiple simultaneous logins. So if you as well as a staff person want to be logged into the same account on two different computers at the same time, that’s totally fine and able to be done.
Bill Clearfield 38:06
What do you do about like patients that have that that you know, are long gone? Like Like I said, I’ve been here for eight years. Some of them are long gone, but they’re still in the bookstore that still count as part of the 1000
38:17
Um, it does, but they can be deactivated at any time and if you lose track of it, we can work with you on like a bulk deactivation if needed.
Bill Clearfield 38:27
So another question is how many computers can in one account be open? So
38:33
yeah, it’s unlimited.
Bill Clearfield 38:38
All right. So so I’ve used the weight loss box. can describe any of them. So I’ve used like I said, I’ve used the weight loss box, and we’ve added some supplements to it. Some of the things that we do, and it’s you know, it’s kind of a little gimmicky, but it’s kind of fun. So, you want to explain what these are?
39:02
Yeah, absolutely. So box care solutions are basically an extension of our platform. It’s totally optional to use the boxes. You can use the platform without the boxes, but you can’t use the boxes without the platform. And basically they’re turnkey kits, if you will, that you can resell to your patients as part of a larger package. So let’s say weight loss in a box. You might sell a weight loss package to your patients that include a program on the platform, potentially supplements and products. As well as, for example weight loss in a box. And the box includes a protein shaker, a water bottle as stretch exercise band and measuring tape the instructions for the patient. And then the ino tech scale, which is one of our Connected Health devices. So rather than you know having the patient purchase the skill on their own or you guys purchasing them on behalf of the patient, this kind of gives you a way to of creating a package weight loss solution or you know, we have other ones the diabetes solutions kit, the heart, the heart health kit, and healthy lifestyle kit. And it has the devices already in it as well as the instructions for them to sync it to the platform and then again, that data would come through automatically as they use this skill.
Bill Clearfield 40:24
So we’ve used we’ve used this with our we put in our for our Cadillac people with our semaglutide concoction that we put together and it’s you know, it’s a it’s a bit of a gimmick, but it’s kind of a nice way to go. So, so again, we like we like this a lot. And we’re you know we’re pretty happy with it. I’m not getting paid for this by the way this is all this is all organic.
40:55
Sure the weight loss in a box boxes,
40:58
the weight loss in a box or 149 per box.
41:02
Okay. Sorry. Yeah, but if you if
Bill Clearfield 41:06
you if you wait certain times of the year they have specials, right? Katrina
41:10
Yeah. includes shipping to one location. So you could purchase the box for example, and we could drop ship it to your patient. So rather than having to ship to you and then you get it to your patient, we can drop ship it directly to the patient.
41:25
And I believe that lasts for two months, right?
41:30
Um, the weight loss roadmap that goes with the weight loss in a box is a three month program, but the box itself they can keep indefinitely the scale will work indefinitely, even beyond the program.
41:43
Okay, and follow up. Who’s your competition and why are you better?
41:50
That’s a great question. So our main competitor is healthy. Okay, they’re also in the unique sector of remote patient care. The main things that make us different are number one, all of our template plans. They don’t really have any templates and then the flexibility of the content management system. So being able to change things around, you know, reconfigure programs, create your own, add your own videos, the customizations are vastly different. I know the ins and outs of the platform are definitely different, like just the way it’s laid out. Kind of the user flow is different, but the main stand the main differences are number one being the fact that we have template plans and then number two customizations.
42:38
Good till now,
Bill Clearfield 42:40
can you can you show us the the one the checkout there’s there’s a bunch of forms and questionnaires that are optional.
42:56
Can you pull those up? Yeah.
43:00
So we have over 30 forms available with the platform. This specific account is a little is a fake account. So it has a couple more. But there are over 30, forms, surveys, questionnaires intake forms that you can use. Let me just
Bill Clearfield 43:19
go can you go to the aid to hormone? Oh, yeah, I
43:23
can do that right there. See this? You know who made those? Right?
Bill Clearfield 43:32
Right. I wrote John and I wrote those together.
43:37
And these are scaled stoplight responses. So the different answers have different point values. And then just to show you another one as well.
Bill Clearfield 43:47
Why don’t we go back to the other one that was the most important one. They see the name on that one. skip over that. Oh,
43:57
that one only has this scaled stoplight type of question. So I like showing this one as well. So you can see that you can have like text entry you can have check all that apply. You can have multiple choice just depending on the question and you know, so like, stuff like that.
Bill Clearfield 44:17
The point of it is is that if you went in in this in this program, you get three of my three of my hormone checklists if you’re at all interested, it’s already built in.
44:29
So you do know I wrote those right?
44:33
Yeah, I do. I think I was with body say when you did those potentially.
Bill Clearfield 44:40
Okay. So there’s my there’s my cheaper invective there. The other thing you may you may want to show them show everybody is the fact that you can you can actually charge for them online. You know, you can you can you can you can put a price on and you can make it make it so that you enroll somebody in, you know, a paleo diet. You can actually have have patients you can set a price and patients will pay will end up paying for it. So we can you know, you can monetize this also.
45:15
Yep,
45:17
that’s exactly right. So with the system we have ability to set any of our plans for sale at whatever price you want. So we’ll use the Paleo Diet example if I come here. I can mark this for sale. You guys get to pick the price. It doesn’t matter if it’s $10.25 300 you can charge whatever you’re looking to charge for the plan. And then once you mark it for sale, the system actually creates a public facing page automatically for you. There’s nothing manual you have to create where you can use this page and put it on your website and I can show you an example of that. You could put on social media, you could text it to someone put it in an email, and when they come to this page, they can read about the program. They obviously will see the price and then they just click on Get Started. They put in their email, their card information, click Pay and then they’re automatically in the system. And like Dr. Clifford said this is a great way to you know make money if you’re wanting to sell the plans ala carte. Here’s an example for you of whatever other clients she has the plans outlined on her website natively. So you have the title, the price and then a little description. And then when you click on View plan, it opens up that same page that we were just looking at with the logo the picture the title, who it’s by, and then the price and the get started buying
46:54
and that’s part of that’s part of the Platinum and the gold plan right the platinum where you helped create the webpages and the
47:02
you know the funnels. So being able to sell the plans is included at any of the tiers. We can’t build anything natively to your actual website like this would have been her web developer that did this. By any of the tiers. You can mark the plans for sale and this page here will automatically be created. There’s no limitation on this feature. You can do it no matter what tier you’re at
Bill Clearfield 47:30
we don’t sell a whole ton of them but you know a few you know every little bit helps. And like I said it really saves saves a lot of time save save some personnel and you can you can write your own plans also you saw I had a couple in there and other others have written them also that we can actually buy them or some somebody let you use them. You know for for other other folks that have written things. So
48:03
I find it
Bill Clearfield 48:05
guy I find that I find the program really useful. It’s really a sort of, we use it every day. And it’s you know, it’s it sort of frees us up to do other things. So yes, go ahead.
48:24
I just saw that moment asked about adding other things into the box. Um, yes, you can add other stuff. So if it’s like a little item that you want to add to the box, or if it’s a supplement, you just need to be responsible for shipping the items to us there is a storage fee for us to store those items in our warehouse, but then we wouldn’t include them in the box as we dropship them to your clients at no additional fee. So let’s say you have some type of product you want to include with all of your weight loss in a box orders. You could ship that to us and then anytime an order comes through for you or one of your patients, we’d include that
49:14
Okay,
49:16
can I ask a question? Sure. Okay, Katrina, uh, we’re medical translators. And let’s say, you know, there’s 60 million Hispanics in the US right now. So let’s say one of the doctors has a number of Hispanic patients. How do you handle translating the content into Spanish?
49:40
That’s a good question. So we don’t have a translator right now we do have
49:44
well we can we can work with you.
49:48
We can maybe talk? Yeah. We do have one program already translated. So the weight loss roadmap has been translated that’s available inside the library. But yeah, we’d love to chat about translating all of our plans to Spanish because
50:06
we do we do high end translations, like abstracts, books. You know, good stuff.
50:11
Sure. 40 years worth.
50:15
Yeah, I’d love to connect with you. I mean, definitely my email. Is Katrina at Body site.com. So que te ri na at body site, so if anyone has any questions, and if you want to email me I’d love to chat
50:32
about when I do want to comment is your program is very robust, sophisticated. Well thought out, meaning the needs of your clients and I used to be an IBM Business Partner for many years. So you know, when I started listening to I said, You offer things that you really don’t see anywhere else and from what Dr. Clearfield was saying, you keep your customers happy. And you really want to give them what they need and what will benefit them the most.
51:06
Yeah.
Bill Clearfield 51:14
Yeah, I remember what I when I approached John, who’s the CEO, it was at one of the a4 ed meetings because I had wanted to put my my surveys in the program and send it to him and I kind of sort of hemmed and hawed and, and he looked at me and he said, Send me what you want on Monday, on Monday morning, and we’ll have it by date and by the end of the week, he had it in the program, so Wow. And it’s been there. I think it’s been there at least five or six years. We may need to upgrade it a little bit. I don’t know. But but, you know, it’s these folks are really accommodating. And they’re, they’re really terrific to work with. And they’re, I know you’re at a 4am or 8am mg to 8am mg. Somebody trade ship some of the other
52:07
conferences,
52:08
obesity week, eight forum and then we were just at the Integrative Health symposium.
52:19
Okay. So,
Bill Clearfield 52:22
yes, and so I have an abstract in for obesity week also. And it was from John wall’s, so he sent he sent me so we’ll see if they’ll take it or not, I don’t know.
52:31
That’s great.
Bill Clearfield 52:33
We are doing today mmm G though next month. I’m doing the end of April. By the way. It’s a little plugs. I’m doing the new face of weight loss.
52:40
So I love that.
Bill Clearfield 52:42
So anybody went down. It’s in Miami. At the the rail National Golf Club, April 26 to the 30th. I’m doing three lectures. So including 45. They gave me 45 minutes to do thyroid and cortisol. So it’ll be the it’ll be the cliffnotes version. So anybody else have any questions, comments?
53:10
Yeah, I just want to back up what Shell was saying to you, Katrina. They are top level in what they do. So I would definitely reach out to them 60 million, you know, Americans. That’s what a fifth of our population. So I’m just saying and they’re doing a lot of our landscaping. They’re doing a lot of our work they’re doing these people are in our community. So we need to take care of them. So you can reach out to shell and his wife there. They translate wonderfully.
53:51
Great. That’s awesome. I’m looking forward to connecting with you as well. Cool.
Bill Clearfield 54:00
So, all right, I’m going to just real quick I’m gonna go back to this is my account. And like, as you can see, there’s all sorts of diet programs here. This is a detox program. Things that you can write on your own. These are here’s a keto diet here. The DASH diet, you know, for high blood pressure. These are exercise this is an exercise program. And just to show you that as has nice pictures, but it will give you little videos and so it’ll have a plan here and inner videos on how to how to do how to do the exercises. So it translate, you have an app for the phone, right? So translates translates for that. So like I said, this is this is a really helpful program. And the question is, can be can it be connected the full script and yesterday are integrated with full script and rupa health. So we’ll see if we get them one also. So they’ve sort of become a conglomerate for laboratory lab, you know, alternative medicine or integrative medicine laboratory studies. So
55:21
so there’s there’s all sorts of
Bill Clearfield 55:26
programs here. And this is sort of an overview that tells you which which this is again for this exercise program, and you can change it you can write your own in the libraries, it has all sorts of. So this is the automotive auto immune protocol. And it’ll give you shot patients that it’ll send them in, it’ll be there. This will give you a shopping list. Well, this is a this is a menu and I’m gonna get out of this just kind of stuck
56:07
on the tab right to the left of that over here. Um, let me see. I think it’s like on the far right, but like the very far right but one more tab over in your browser bar. All right. Yeah. But up at the top.
Bill Clearfield 56:31
I mean, that’ll that’ll get rid of everything. So
56:34
you have your PDF on the far, far right time and then one, one over is your rejuvenate.
56:43
Think she’s talking about this arrow.
Bill Clearfield 56:46
Okay, there you go. Okay. All right. So so you get an idea. You get an idea of what’s in here. And you can you can actually write your own here. So here’s a Candida food plan. And some of it is handwritten. This is like a handout for the patients and that you know, they’ll get this so so so what you do is you’ll you’ll assign them to a program and then it’ll run for usually they run for 30 to 60 days is that I have that right?
57:20
Yeah, they vary in length, but on average 30 days,
Bill Clearfield 57:24
you can actually automatically have them run into a second program or the same program again, or it can run it indefinitely.
57:33
Right. So
Bill Clearfield 57:35
and show you so like I said I think I want to mine is so here’s this is a shop. This was one of my my programs, and it’s kind of a shopping list here. This is one of the ones that I wrote. And you can write your own and put it in, you know, you don’t have to, you don’t have to. You’re not sort of not limited. Um, it’s really a for me, it’s really a time saver. We really like it a lot. So and I like I said again, I’m not I’m not getting paid for this I’m I was not solicited for this, this is all voluntary. So I think we have in our in our, in our group my group I have 701 patients in our in our plan so this was somebody you can see back 2016 2015 This was somebody who so when you when you get to send them an email they have to they have to say they’re going to they want to join this one was somebody who didn’t. Um, so she didn’t get it and so, so this is again and they can keep a keep record. They can keep how much phosphorus they’re taking in. Like I said, it’s it’s really quite, quite quite a great tool. So any any other comments, questions? You guys the recipes here you got tons of recipes. You can put your own in. You can videos, you can you can upload videos on they have all sorts of videos. Here’s the DASH diet. Here’s a detox thing. There’s exercises. So his body site.com has added Katrina.
59:32
Yep, that’s our website body say.com And our pricing information is available there. Someone did ask when will the presentation be available for review again?
59:42
What was that? When will what? When will the
59:45
recording be available for review?
Bill Clearfield 59:49
I’m not sure what would you mean by reporting be available for
59:53
review? Um,
59:57
the question just says When will this presentation be available for recording? Oh, usually
Bill Clearfield 1:00:03
I get it within 24 to 48 hours. We have it on our website unless something happens in the office and like for Dr. Patel’s, it didn’t get up for a week because quite frankly, I forgot about it because I had I had we had a little little emergency in the office here. So but usually, I try to actually try to get it to our whip person tonight or before it and she she’s in India, so it’s usually 24 to 48 hours. And that’ll be up there and they’re all up there too. You know everyone? Pretty much every one that we’ve had. You want to know that
1:00:42
question? Yes, go ahead.
1:00:45
I’m on your on your website, the body site.com Is there a like an example you know, chart or something that we can sort of go through and look at all the different options. You know, just so that like, instead of doing, you know the free months just to see all the different things that my brain is a little bit slow. It’s in the evening. I have a TVI so it’s hard for me to take in a lot of this. But if I could, like you know, go through and look at you have like an example chart. I mean, yeah, like example patient or chart on there.
1:01:22
Yeah, we have a live preview account. It’s a real body site account if you go to body st.com right on the homepage. On that big header video, there’s a button that says see a live account, and you’ll just put in your information and you can get right inside of a body site account and see the plan. see an example chart like what a patient record would look like and play around with it a little bit.
1:01:47
Okay, great. Thank you so much. Yeah, you’re very welcome.
Bill Clearfield 1:01:54
If you send it if you send the program to the patient, does it show body site or can you make it kind of customize it for yourself?
1:02:01
Yeah, so the invite will come from your practice name, so it won’t actually say body site. The only thing that will say body site is the URL. So the URL is for example, ABC abc.my body site.com. So it’s going to be your subdomain.my body site.com. And then the app is body site but all of the daily emails, all of the invitations, all of the communication from our platform are private labeled with your practice brand. So
Bill Clearfield 1:02:34
and sometimes you get a little silly in your venue start fooling around. And so this is Lake Tahoe, but I think I have that I don’t even drink beer. I think mine has hold a cartoon we’ll be holding up a beer so probably should change that too. So but yeah, it comes it comes from your name it as your name wanted it as your logos. It doesn’t have it doesn’t have any, you know, any doesn’t say you know, it might tell you at the bottom powered by body site. Training, the estimate for the link to the back office demo site.
1:03:13
Yep. I will post that here now.
Bill Clearfield 1:03:24
And the question is, is this a market network marketing product, I guess like multi level marketing? I don’t think so. I don’t know that’s
1:03:34
no we’re not MLM
Bill Clearfield 1:03:41
they want to know if you’re gonna get credit if they join.
1:03:46
Like, if
1:03:47
I’ll get credit, or are you
Bill Clearfield 1:03:49
like, I know I won’t
1:03:52
know. No, I’m just Vice President.
Bill Clearfield 1:03:57
I’m just a customer. I have nothing to do with any of the any any you know, I wrote a couple of those surveys a couple of years ago but that’s about it. I’m just a customer. I don’t get anything out of this. It cost me $199 a month and we more than make up for it. So
1:04:18
Katrina, you, you use this site?
1:04:24
No, I don’t use it because I’m not a health care provider. But um, yeah, I do have a fictitious account. So when I’ve gone through spurts where my husband and I are like counting calories. We’ll use body site to do that just because calorie tracker so I have a fictitious account. that I use, but I’m not enrolled under any type of health care practitioner.
Bill Clearfield 1:04:53
Okay. I’m not sure if anybody if you’re interested in seeing what you know, all the things that you can can track. Can you do that for us? We’ll let you share you share your screen if you want.
1:05:12
Okay, so the list of available track trackers that can be tracked is a totally customizable list. So there’s a default list like you see here. weight, body fat percentage blood pressure, blood sugar, you can mark any of them as inactive. And you can also create custom ones. So this is a silly example but like toenail links, and then you can do this centimeters or a one C or fatigue and you can do a scale so you can create as many custom body metrics as you want. And then again, as the track those, it will store as a data table as well as a graph so they can see their progress over time. So let’s say pain levels really important. You can start to see that graph form over time for any of the body metrics that you have active within the account.
1:06:11
And then for activities, it steps sleep glasses of water and exercises and then you can also create custom activities. So if you wanted to add cardio or if you wanted to add mindfulness or you wanted to add a specific activity, you can do that. Body metrics are obviously they’re graphed. Whereas activities are charts.
1:06:40
What about individual coaching?
1:06:46
What do you mean by that?
1:06:48
Do you guys do individual coaching in your whole process?
1:06:54
The like as body site don’t do any of the coaching. So any coaching provider would be like by the practice. We’re not doing any coaching ourselves. If that’s what you’re asking, yeah,
1:07:08
that’s what I was asking earlier about accountability and coaching.
1:07:13
Yeah, we’re just the technology that the software solution so we don’t do any coaching as as the business
Bill Clearfield 1:07:25
doctors and he says he’s interested in a demo of the CCM diabetic education and RPM. I don’t know if he can do with that. And, you know, 1015 minutes here, or you can have him get just get in touch with you.
1:07:41
Yeah, we’ll probably want to do that offline. I can send the link here for scheduling a demo. I’ll take a brief moment and pull that up and send it here and then move and also asked if it is HIPAA compliant. Yes, the system is totally HIPAA compliant.
1:08:03
So anybody else so? So, you know,
Bill Clearfield 1:08:08
these are one of these things that, you know, 20 years ago, we didn’t have any way to facilitate this kind of kind of thing. And, you know, as time marches on, we have less time to do things. This is this is it’s been a real aid in our practice. And again, just to be clear, they’re not paying me they’re not soliciting. I don’t get anything for this. Other than, you know, we’re enthusiastic users. So Dr. Southern said she can be hired as a coach, integrative health consulting and coaching. So
1:08:49
sometimes your clients looking for them, so keep your name in mind.
Bill Clearfield 1:08:56
At one time, she was my student 20. Many, many moons ago, right.
1:09:02
In Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. So, time marches on. Okay, John, you got anything for us? Oh, everything’s really good. Beach. Alyssa. Yeah, man. Okay.
Bill Clearfield 1:09:18
Any, between any, any kind of sort of summary just to kind of wrap up?
1:09:25
I’m really just if you have any questions, you can email me at Katrina at body sight.com If you’re interested in seeing the Live account you will go to that body say.com/demo page, or it’s right on our homepage as well. And then if you wanted to schedule a live demo with one of our reps, you can use that Callum Lee link that I just sent to schedule a live demo and you know, they’ll show you kind of more and even more in depth and kind of what we went through today about all the ins and outs of the platform. And then during that time, you can ask other questions as well.
Bill Clearfield 1:10:03
Another, post your context. So up here, here’s count you can a calendar you can get it for a demo. No higher up body site demo here. And her email is Katrina at Body site.com. Right.
1:10:24
Yes, Katrina body site.com.
1:10:30
My got that, okay.
Bill Clearfield 1:10:36
I have that wrong. Katrina Lewandowski. Katrina, is that it?
1:10:40
No, there was no space and I just resent it. That’s.
Bill Clearfield 1:10:44
I have it down here. Right
1:10:47
Yep. Yep,
1:10:48
that’s correct. Katrina at bottom you say?
1:10:52
Okay, um,
Bill Clearfield 1:10:54
anybody else have any comments, questions, complaints? I’m getting quite a number of thank yous and great job. So thank you so much for being with us. Anybody have any, any, anything they’d like to bring up? You notice that you had to sign in and register so to get on to this week, and that’s that’s something new for us after two and a few years. So a lot of the folks who do some of the you know some of the like, like the body site people and central drugs, Dr. Patel and all that. They really want, you know, a contact and you know, it’s it’s, you know, they give us their time and expertise for free and so I was finally able to figure it out without having to spend another zillion dollars, you know, on on software things to actually figure it out for hopefully we’ll find out it’s it says it takes an hour after the program is over. We’ll see if it worked. But I’m hopeful it did so if not, I did find out that every every program we’ve had there, you can get a report and it will have who was there, but the females are covered up because they had to have had that registration thing. So now I know why, why they make us do that. You know, with every every one else so. So there’s that. Next week we have Dr. Greg watts. We’ve had him for four. He’s quite a prolific speaker. He has his own supplement company and he every week he has a an integrative health webinar on Friday mornings. I think it’s biogenetics Biogenics. I think this is the name of his company. And this guy lectures on just about every he’s his own walking school of integrative medicine. And he’s got over 400 videos that he’s done. On unit you name the topic, it’s there. So he’s going to be talking about something cyber week, next week. That’s what that’s all I have. The week after that. We actually don’t have anybody at the moment. If anybody wants to present something, please let me know or you know, somebody who’s who’s available. We had a couple of dropouts. And and then after that, we have Dr. Dan Halsey. The week after that, and then we’re going to get Carolyn McMahon who was our frequency we had her last year that frequency specific microcurrent folks and she’s going to be videotaped for an hour.
